Outbound Sales Representative
Job Description
You will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers, introducing our products/services, generating leads, and closing sales. We seek a confident and target-driven professional who takes ownership of his/her sales pipeline, builds strong customer relationships, and consistently achieves assigned sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who:
● Must have excellent command of spoken English and can confidently communicate with international customers.
● Effectively makes outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate sales opportunities.
● Identifies customer needs, presents appropriate solutions, handles objections, and closes sales efficiently.
● Maintains accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems.
● Consistently meets or exceeds monthly sales targets and KPIs.
● Embraces teamwork and is willing to go the extra mile for his/her team's success.
● Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a seamless customer experience.
